Townhouse
Starting from: $150,000 to $350,000+
A townhouse is defined as conjoined units that are owned by individual tenants. They are architecturally similar to row houses and they usually share at least one or more walls. In most townhouse communities, owners own their unit’s interior and exterior, including the roof, lawn and driveway, but not the communal areas. HOA fees pay for certain types of maintenance and trash removal and for amenities. Townhouse communities often have a club house, pool, golf course and/or similar amenity. Townhouses can be quite large and often feature multiple stories (generally up to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.)
